Investment Climate

Another poster created somewhere back in 2007-2008. It reflected my views on the problem of domestic corruption and the way the state of Ukraine handled foreign investments. Pretty much everything was covered by caring hands of "man in gray" - various clerks on multiple levels familiar with all kinds of bribery.
