Poster for NGO

Here is a poster I created back in the Fall of 2014 for the UN HR department. I was applying as a graphic designer at the UN in NY with the idea to get as a designer in an NGO. And there was this test assignment - create a poster like that and a very dubious application procedure. I never got any reply ever since, but I still think the poster is not that bad.
